The job is shit full stop. Everyone probably thinks working for MAC would be AMAZING, but its really not.
1st 95% of the workers are sexist or racists or both.
2nd the customers who come in pretending they know it all or when you they don't even know how to swatch foundation.
3rd the makeup isn't even that good
4th there is a dress code for ya face.. you have basically got to shovel the makeup on to your face like there is no tomorrow for the employees at MAC. the more makeup you wear, the more the brand gets promote but when some people have extremely bad skin, the last thing they want to be doing is shovelling it on to their face everyday!! then the managers at MAC will say "sort the skin out babe" and we are basically like well you ask us to put this amount of slap on..
5th us workers are made to say anything- even if the foundation is a shade too dark or light or if the lipstick is the worst colour in the world, we have to say yes it looks gorgeous!
6th MAC follow a code or whatever it really is.. "all ages, all races, all sexes".. so not true..
